HIT project team assigned to specific client.

Project team works with hospital’s project teams to define size and scope of application deployment. 		HIT project team assigned to work both remotely and onsite with hospital project teams to manage each step of deployment process. HIT project manager will assist each customer with modeling their workflows and setting them up in Notifi. Integration with other applications is planned and developed as needed using HIT’s custom services team. Training and readiness testing are conducted to ensure each phase of a customer’s rollout is successful.
