15 years of experience in the Healthcare Information Technology field.
Before working at HIT, Mark was a Senior Systems Integration Analyst at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, a Senior Systems Integration Analyst at Inova Health
System and an Implementation Consultant at Siemens. Mark specializes in
RIS Implementations, HL7 Integration and Project Management across many
different healthcare vendors and applications. He holds a B.S. in
Accounting from Millersville University. Mark enjoys spending his free
time working out, golfing, fishing, hunting and riding his motorcycle.

Pat Wills
Pat launched his 20 year career in healthcare information technology with SMS (now Siemens) as a programmer analyst working on both Signature and Invision. After several years Pat began a career in consulting and has worked both for a firm and as an independent consultant for a wide array of hospitals and healthcare systems. Pat resides in Northeastern PA with his wife and 3 children. He is very involved in youth sports as a coach and as a PIAA official in both baseball and football.

Mark Pryor
Mark is a Senior Consultant with 12 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry.
Prior to joining HIT Mark served as an Implementation Consultant with Siemens Medical Solutions and a Clinical Systems Analyst
for The Sisters of Saint Francis Health Services based in Indiana. Mark specializes in RIS installations, RIS/PACS integration and
Voice Recognition implementations. He holds a Computer Information Systems degree from Purdue University. In 2007 Mark became one of
the founding members of HIT Application Solutions, along with Brian Biddulph-Krentar and Mark Miller, in order to utilize their vast
industry knowledge to provide cutting edge clinical application solutions.

Jocelyn Zinni-Leonetti
Jocelyn began her career as a Medical Technologist in a large clinical laboratory. Her experience in
the laboratory led to a role in building the LIS (Laboratory Information System). Jocelyn now comes to us with 20 years
of clinical applications IT experience. She began this shift in her career at SMS (now Siemens) where she was an Implementation
Consultant installing and interfacing the LIS to existing and new Siemens Hospital Systems (Invision, etc.). While at SMS/Siemens,
Jocelyn project managed large multi-entity implementations as well as single entity installations. Most recently she worked at
Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia as a lead systems analyst specializing in out of area claim adjudication.
Jocelyn resides in Southeast PA with her husband and two teenage sons. Her favorite activities are anything
involving her family. This includes watching her boys wrestle and play baseball in addition to her quiet time spent reading and
paper-crafting.

Lola C. Chandler
Lola began her Healthcare career while earning an MSW at the University of Pennsylvania when she
held a field placement at, what was then, Baltimore City Hospital. She transitioned to healthcare information technology
in 1997 as a consultant to Boston Medical Center, providing application support. In 2000, she joined the Radiation
Oncology IT staff at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as a Clinical Systems Administrator for IMPAC/MOSAIQ. Lola’s
responsibilities included IMPAC configuration and implementation. She was also the primary Crystal Report writer for the
system. When BIDMC was a member of CareGroup Lola was part of a team that supported Radiation Oncology at Dana Farber
Cancer Institute, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Mount Auburn Hospital and Waltham Hospital. Later during her six year
tenure at BIDMC, Lola provided general IT support for the Department of Radiology. Her duties included identifying
RIS related issues, facilitating archive retrieval, resolving problems associated with the eGate interface and performing
administrator functions for PACS users. Lola comes to HIT from the AmeriHealth Mercy Health Plan, where she was an
Informatics Analyst in Medical Economics and the primary Crystal Report writer for that department.

Joe Gable
Joe is a registered Radiologic Technologist with over 20 years experience in the Healthcare Industry. Prior
to working at HIT, he was RIS Manager for Continuum Health Partners in NYC, PACS Administrator for Arnot Health in Elmira,
NY and PACS Manager/RIS Manager for Guthrie Healthcare in Sayre, PA. Joe has implementation experience with multiple RIS/PACS
and other various Radiology applications.
Joe resides in the Southern Tier of NY with his wife and 2 children. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and
DIY projects.
